Move your loved one into our beautiful assisted living community adjacent to Beverly Hills, located in the exclusive Fairfax District of Los Angeles and get the best dementia care available. Serving families for over eleven years Beverly Place is expected to open in early 2009. At Silverado Senior Living, giving life to those affected by memory impairing diseases is our vision. Residents with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Lewy-body, or other types of dementia receive expert clinical care led by a medical director, a full-time Registered Nurse, and a team of round-the-clock licensed nurses and caregivers. Clinical care is especially important for dementia patients to prevent minor issues from becoming major problems. Physical and mental stimulation has been shown to raise brain function and memory level; we offer engaging activities each day that enhance cognitive stimulation. A full continuum memory care provider, we offer services from earliest onset of memory loss through end-of-life care, whether placement is in our community, our in-home care with companion services, or Silverado Hospice. Another top priority is ensuring your loved one continues to experience and enjoy life. Family support is crucial in the world of dementia care, and we encourage family participation in activities and meals. From family night outings, to playing with their own pets, to family members joining them for any meal (free of charge), to something as sweet and peaceful as focusing on flowers, Silverado brings engagement to our residents. An expert culinary department will provide delicious fare that coincides with dietary restrictions. Residents are free to wander beautiful garden paths within a secure perimeter. With gentle behavior-modification techniques to redirect difficult behaviors, life-enriching engagement programs, sensory experiences and regular outings, your loved one can remain in their new home, for the rest of their life. And Silverado is home. Rates are all-inclusive. Please call or come visit, and see how your loved one will feel cherished at Silverado.
