A & D Wedgewood Adult Family Home is easy accessible by I-5 and close to Northgate and Northwest Hospital. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, we are ideal for residents who wander and seek exits. There are two caregivers on staff for six residents, in addition to a housekeeper, and an activities director onsite each weekday from 10:00 AM to noon. A musician visits weekly and each morning we offer an exercise program. We welcome residents' input with meal planning and all dishes are made from scratch. We are able to accommodate all types of care needs which allows residents to age in place.
